Terms of Use

Tourmasters T & C:
Please read this document carefully as it contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
1) PRICE QUOTES: The fares and product prices shown are all  quoted in Singapore Dollars. Fares and availability are subject to change until ticketed. Prices are guaranteed only at time of purchase. All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket must be booked in the passenger’s name as it is precisely displayed on a government issued ID or Passport. Changing names on tickets is prohibited.
2) CHECK DOCUMENTS: Please check your documents when you receive them. The authorities and the airline require passengers to have a valid photo ID for verification of identity at time of flight check-in. If the name on the ticket and the passenger’s ID does not match, the passenger will be required to surrender the ticket and purchase another applicable ticket at the prevailing fare for the departing flight. Children must have a parent or legal guardian present at check-in. Individual airlines may have specific requirements for a non-accompanied child to travel.
3) CHECK-IN REQUIRMENTS: For international flights it is recommended to check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure. Late check-in may result in the airline giving up your seat to another paying customer.
4) OVERBOOKING: Flights may be overbooked by an airline resulting in some passengers being denied boarding on the flight. The airline may provide denied boarding compensation for the flight if this happens. Please check the  airline’s rules on denied boarding which should be available at all of the airline’s ticket or check-in counters.
5) CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Ticket changes may incur penalties and/or increased fares in addition to any stated change fees. Advance notice is required to change reservations. To change or cancel your flight itinerary, refer to the terms and conditions of the issuing agent or call the airline you are scheduled to fly on. Airlines may apply substantial fees and additional charges for changes to some non-refundable tickets prior to departure date. After departure date, your unused airline ticket may have no residual value. If you are cancelling travel on a flight, return the unused tickets to us in order we can assist you to request for a refund or credit. Please note that fares which are sold as special, excursion or  discounted may have various travel restrictions imposed including and penalties for changes or cancellations. Some ticket fares are non-refundable so no refunds will be entertained by the airline unless for justifiable or compassionate reasons.  Be sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plans en-route, please ask the airline to apply the value of your unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. If you are holding guaranteed hotel reservations which you may wish to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible and to avoid mandatory penalty payment.
